This website and the creative, literary, technical and scientific works published under JUSTINSART.CO.UK are the intellectual property of Justin Beck (the "Owner"), unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved. No part of these works may be reproduced, distributed, scraped, mirrored or repurposed in any medium without the Owner's prior written permission.
Third-party characters and marks. Some commissioned pyrography pieces depict characters, logos or club crests owned by others. Those characters and marks remain the property of their respective owners. The Owner's rights cover his own original artwork and expression.

Visual Arts & Pyrography
What's covered. All original fine art, digital art, canvases and pyrography by Justin Beck, whether physical pieces, photographs of them or digital reproductions.
How it's protected. Protected as artistic works, including works of artistic craftsmanship, under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA). Reproducing, copying for sale or reselling copies of these works without a licence infringes copyright.
Literature & Published Works
What's covered. The text of all seven published books by Justin Beck, together with unpublished manuscripts, drafts, essays and story treatments.
How it's protected. Protected as literary works under the CDPA. Copying, sharing digital files (including PDF and EPUB copies), or adapting a book into another form such as a screenplay requires a licence.
Technology & AI (DocChat AI)
What's covered. The source code, software architecture, database structures, interface design and technical documentation of DocChat AI.
How it's protected. Protected as computer programs and databases under sections 3 and 3A of the CDPA, and by database right where it applies. Copying code, cloning, scraping the service or white-labelling any part of it is prohibited, except where the law expressly permits it.
Theoretical Physics (AFCP)
What's covered. The text, equations as written, diagrams, papers and documents that set out Adaptive Field Canonical Physics.
How it's protected. Scientific ideas and laws of nature cannot be owned; the written and graphic expression of AFCP can, and is protected as literary and artistic works. AFCP's unpublished operational tooling is confidential and provided only under written terms. Citing AFCP with full attribution to Justin Beck is welcome.
Music (Defiance Rising)
What's covered. The Defiance Rising catalogue on every platform: compositions and instrumentals, lyrics and spoken-word scripts, the recorded masters and stems, and all videos and visualisers.
How it's protected. Protected as musical and literary works (CDPA section 3), sound recordings (section 5A) and films (section 5B). Ripping, re-uploading or altering the recordings is prohibited.
Carpentry & Design
What's covered. Original design drawings, plans and layouts for carpentry and custom builds by Justin Beck, and the builds themselves.
How it's protected. Drawings and plans are protected as artistic works. Original shapes and configurations may also be protected by UK design right. Commercially reproducing these designs without permission is prohibited.
AI Training & Data Mining
The Owner expressly reserves all rights over the content of this website for text and data mining, including under Article 4(3) of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market. No permission is given for any audio, artwork, text, code or physics documentation from JUSTINSART.CO.UK to be used to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence models, including large language models and image, audio or video generators.
Using AI to imitate Justin Beck's name, voice or likeness, or presenting AI-generated work as his or as Defiance Rising, is not permitted.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
Permitted
- Sharing links to this website or to official streaming profiles, for review, news reporting, critique or fan promotion.
- Using Defiance Rising tracks in TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Shorts through each platform's own official music library.
- Citing AFCP papers in academic work, with full attribution to Justin Beck.
Prohibited
- Ripping, clipping or extracting audio or video to make loops or standalone uploads.
- Using AI or any other tool to isolate vocals, stems or passages of text for remixing or derivative works.
- Selling prints, replicas or copies of Justin Beck's work on any marketplace, except through his official stores.
- Using any content from this website to train, fine-tune or test AI models.
Enforcement
Infringement of the Owner's copyright, design or database rights may lead to:
- Takedown notices to hosting providers and platforms, including DMCA notices for US-based services.
- Legal claims for an injunction, damages or an account of profits.
- Reports to the relevant platforms and intellectual property bodies.
